Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
The short version: this site collects very little, runs no ad trackers, and never sells your information. The company is named Tegrity for a reason, and that includes how we treat your data. This policy covers tegritywork.com, operated by Tegrity Co.
What We Collect
- What you send us. If you email us or book a meeting, we receive what you share, like your name, email address, and message.
- Scheduling. Meetings are booked through Calendly. What you enter there is also handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, like IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These exist for security and uptime, not for profiling.
- Text messages. Some systems Tegrity builds send text notifications to people who asked for them. If you opt in, we collect your phone number and a record of your consent so we can send only what you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help.
That is the whole list. This site has no user accounts, no contact forms that feed a database, no analytics trackers, and no advertising pixels. It sets no tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag that remembers you have already seen the intro animation, and it never leaves your device.
How We Use It
To reply to you, to schedule and prepare for meetings, to provide services you ask for, and to keep the site secure. That is it.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not track you across other websites, so browser "Do Not Track" signals change nothing here: nobody is tracked either way.
Who We Share It With
Only service providers we use to run the business, like website hosting, scheduling, email, and text-message delivery, and only as needed to do their jobs. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How Long We Keep It
Correspondence and business records are kept as long as they are genuinely needed for the working relationship or required by law, then deleted.
How We Protect It
Your data travels over encrypted connections and is stored with established providers that encrypt it at rest and publish independent security audits. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work, which today is one person, behind unique passwords and two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. If something ever goes wrong with your data, we will tell you.
Your Choices
Email us and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We honor good-faith requests like these no matter what state or country you live in.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Meaningful changes will be visible here, not buried.
