Welcome. These terms govern your use of tegritywork.com. Plain language on purpose, because that is how we do everything here. By using this site, you agree to them.

Who We Are

Tegrity is the brand. Tegrity Co. is the legal entity behind it, based in Nashville, Tennessee. When these terms say "we," "us," or "our," they mean Tegrity Co.

What This Site Is

This site describes what we do: custom builds, team training, AI consulting, automations, and software products. It also hosts my writing. Reading this site does not make you a client, and nothing here is a binding offer. Actual client work happens under a separate written agreement, and if anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Not Professional Advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Talk to a licensed professional before making decisions in those areas.

A Word About AI

We build with AI, and we are honest about it: AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. Any AI-related examples, results, or savings figures on this site reflect specific past work and are not a promise of your outcome. Verify important output before acting on it. That is the advice we give clients, and it applies here too.

Using This Site

Use the site normally and lawfully. Do not attempt to break it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or use it to mislead others.

Our Content

The content on this site, including the writing, design, artwork, and animations, belongs to Tegrity Co. unless noted otherwise. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and share links to it. Do not republish or use it commercially without asking us first.

Third-Party Services

Some things on this site link out to third-party services, like Calendly for scheduling. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is between you and them.

No Warranties

This site is provided as is and as available. We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tegrity Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
